The international activities of the HSE are provided through the following administrative structure. 

• Center for International Education develops HSE international cooperation in education, including joint international programmes and courses for international students.
• Office for Academic Mobility Administrative Support provides organizational support and advise for diverse programs of international exchange and mobility of HSE students and teaching staff through its respective units.
• Center for cooperation with France and French-speaking countries (French Center) maintains connections between the HSE and educational institutions in French-speaking countries .
• International Centre for Promotion of Mobility of Researchers, Students and Postgraduates (English) aims to maintain and develop contacts between Russian and EU research centers.
