Accomodation and Transportation
A limited number of rooms was available at the HSE Guest house for young scholars and PhD students.The Conference Organizing Committee recommended the Conference participants assistance of the IntelService Center in their accommodation arrangements. IntelService Center negotiated special rates and blocked rooms for the Conference participants in the hotels listed in the Reservation form provided by the IntelService Center. Conference participants were strongly recommend to make their booking as soon as their registration for the Conference was confirmed in order to guarantee themselves accommodation at discounted rates. The IntelService Center also offered assistance and support with transportation services, professional translation, cultural programme, and pre- and post conference tours upon request. To assist Conference participants in their travel arrangements, the IntelService Center assigned Personal Travel Managers.Transportation
