What are the special needs of international students?

Adapting to a new culture is an ongoing process. It is not unusual for international students to experience many different changes as they get adjusted to a new environment. For instance, getting acclimatized to new weather conditions, getting used to a new culture, loneliness due to being homesick, perceived loss of support or relationships, academic adjustment and more. Our staff works to provide culturally-sensitive support to our international students and help them get through the difficulties.
