The volume includes reports of the participants of the 8th International session of the HSE "Baltic Practice". The School has been held since 2001 in different Baltic States and bases on partner universities in the framework of the academic mobility development and international scientific cooperation proramme "Russia - Europe: the Ways of Interaction". Among the reports are the works of Russian researchers, international experts and their younger colleagues, such as postgraduate and undergraduate students, as well as students of the master's programmes. The book's structure includes a foreword by the School's Academic Director and six sections with forewords by the School's research groups' academic advisors and articles by the participants of the School, which reflect the group work results. The volume targets experts on Russian-European integration as well as others interested in the issues of academic mobility, Bologna process and organization of international scientific cooperation.
