History

"Baltic Practice" is a reasearch project of Higher School of Economics, which has one of the longest history. First seminars of the project was held already in 2001. Since that time there were a lot of material, collected as results or research groups' meetings, trips and other events in "Baltic Practice" frame. You are welcome to see it on this web-site.

"Think tanks carry out the functions of political parties, aggregate interests of various social groups in specific proposals - alternatives to the state course. For example, long before acceptance and execution of national projects different think tanks officials supported necessity of the state projects and named their concrete directions".
