Obiedkov Sergei - Chair of Data Analysis and Artificial Intellect at SU-HSE, Ph.D. Science
Sergei Obiedkov is an associate professor at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Higher School of Economics, in Moscow, Russia. He has a degree in theoretical and applied linguistics and a PhD in theoretical computer science. His research interests are in knowledge representation, knowledge acquisition, data analysis, social networks, and his research has been centered on formal concept analysis, a mathematical theory oriented at applications in all these and related areas. After completing his PhD, Sergei worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Dresden University of Technology; in Paris (where he held the Diderot fellowship from Maison des Sciences de l'Homme); and at the Pretoria University in South Africa. He has industrial experience as a programmer and translator.

Anita Soboleva - Chair of Public Policy at SU-HSE
Chief Counsel for Legal Science and Education in the independent not-for-profit organization “Lawyers for the Constitutional Rights and Freedoms” (JURIX) and an associate professor of the department of public policy of the State University-Higher School of Economics (SU-HSE) in Moscow. She holds a degree in philology from Moscow State University, a law degree from Moscow Law Institute (currently Moscow State Law Academy), LL.M. in comparative constitutional law from the Central European University and Ph.D. in linguistics from Moscow State University. Since 2002 she is a member of the Bar Association. She is also an author of more than 30 publications in leading Russian and international legal journals on constitutional law, human rights, ethnic and linguistic discrimination, philosophy of law, legal reasoning and legal interpretation. In 2002 she published a book “Topical jurisprudence: arguments and interpretation in law” (in Russian). She is also editor-in-chief of several books on discrimination and human rights. Anita Soboleva’s experience in previous years included litigation in civil and administrative cases, teaching constitutional law, legal reasoning and human rights, expert work for the Government and Public Chamber, work as a researcher in the USSR Institute for Strengthening the Legality and Legal Order. Since 1997 she has been working for Russian NGOs as a head of legal programs.
