ITMCC was a joint project of the ISE-center and National Training Foundation (NTF) with the financial support of Open Society Institute, Russia. The aim of the project was an expert assessment and distribution of the best textbooks in the subject areas of political science, sociology and economics, created due to the Innovation Project of the Development of Education administrated by NTF and Open Society Institute program for departments support.

• Consulting students and university staff on international mobility opportunities and grant hunting and follow-up assistance and advising
• Building and maintaining relationships with international funds and programs interested in cooperation with Russian universities;
• Analysis of  general trends in international education development (in particular international rankings);
• Supporting involvement of the HSE staff in activity of international professional associations
• Assistance to the HSE student participation in international student organizations.
