Functions and Responsibilities

Vice Rector Tatiana Chetvernina

• Organizes expert, analytical and project work on the promotion of the HSE in new educational markets and advancement of the HSE educational programmes in the CIS and Baltic countries;
• Develops extra-curricular work with HSE students, supports and develops corporate culture and university traditions among the students;
• Supervises the organization of corporate events as well as leisure and recreation activities for the HSE students and staff;
• Develops partner relations with employers to support employment and career development of the HSE students and graduates;

Supervises joint activities of the HSE together with the RF Ministry of Health Care and Social Development and other RF governmental social institutions in the area of scientific and analytical research in social and labour market policies;

Administrates the work of the Institute for Social Development Studies;

Coordinates:

• Event Organization Office; Office for the Development of Cooperation with CIS and Baltic Countries; Office of Extracurricular Activities; Center of Career Development; Cultural Center;
• HSE regional branches, according to the assigned responsibilities.
