Состоялось двадцать шестое заседание Международной лаборатории анализа и выбора решений

6 июня 2011 года в рамках заседания лаборатории был заслушан доклад Хасана Эрселя (университет Сабанджи, Турция) на тему «Crysis and recovery - the Turkish experience».

На заседании семинара Лаборатории анализа выбора и принятия решений был заслушан доклад на тему «Crysis and recovery - the Turkish experience»

 

Turkey launched and implemented a well designed comprehensive program to deal with the crisis that the country experienced in 2001. The program was still in effect, after a relatively long successful implementation period, when the country was hit by an external shock due to global economic crisis. In contrast to the expectations of the policy makers the program was not able to protect the country from falling into a new crisis. On the other hand, Turkey also puzzled many observers by recovering quite sharply. The purpose of this note is to try to explain these developments by examining enduring effects of the 2001 crisis on the behavior of economic decision makers.
