Graduate programmes at HSE prepare students in specific areas of expertise so that upon graduating they possess skills and competencies that are highly sought after in the international job market. Classroom instruction is combined with experience-based learning through internships at major research centres, corporations, and organizations in Russia and around the world.

November 15 – July 15 online applications may be submitted for preliminary selection; online (and in-person) candidate interviews will be held with programme teams.
February 28 - application deadline for Russian government scholarships.
July 15 – August 25 submission of all supporting documents.
Deadline for signing agreements and enrollment forms.
*Dates apply to Moscow programmes only. Please note that some programmes begin on September 15/ October 1. For these programmes, the deadline for submitting all supporting documents is September 01, and the deadline for signing all agreements and enrollment forms is September 30.
International students can apply to study at HSE for free through full-tuition scholarships. This merit-based scholarship will completely waive all tuition fees for select full-degree programmes at HSE. To be considered for a full-tuition scholarship, candidates must submit their applications by April 1.

Please note that full-tuition scholarships are not available for the following programmes: Quantum Information Technologies, Financial Analyst (CFA Program Partner), Global Business, International Business, Applied Statistics with Network Analysis, City and Technology, and International Relations in Eurasia.
