This course offers an advanced exploration of Deep Learning (DL), a subfield of machine learning that has revolutionized computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. Designed for graduate students in programming and data science, the curriculum balances rigorous mathematical foundations with high-level software engineering practices. Students will move from basic multilayer perceptrons to state-of-the-art architectures, learning how to design, implement, and optimize neural networks using industry-standard frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
