Course Syllabus

Abstract

В рамках факультатива приглашённые эксперты из компаний проводят 1-2 лекции, где они дают базовые знания своей работы и работы компании в целом. Программа факультатива делится на 3 блока: знакомство с индустриями, консалтинг и финансы. Главная задача, которая стоит перед экспертами - рассказать студентам то, что должен знать кандидат, претендующий на работу в данной компании или индустрии. Поэтому все лекции направлены на специфику работы в конкретной сфере. Кроме того, эксперты решат со студентами кейсы, похожие на проекты, над которыми они работают. После окончания тематических блоков проводятся различные формы контроля (тестирования, мини-проекты, домашние задания). Студенты, получившие наивысший балл за факультатив, получают преимущества при отборе в выбранную ими компанию из прослушанных лекций. По окончании факультатива все студенты получат сертификат, который будет хорошим дополнением к портфолио и даст дополнительные преимущества при трудоустройстве.

  • Знакомство с потенциальными для трудоустройства индустриями путем общения с экспертами. Это позволит сформировать у студентов впечатление о профессиональной сфере и скорректировать видение собственного карьерного трека на основе этих знаний.
  • Получение практического опыта при решении различных кейсов на семинарах.
  • Приобретение знаний необходимых для прохождения отбора на позиции в определённые компании.
