Course Syllabus

Abstract

This MOOC bridging course (https://www.coursera.org/learn/bcg-uva-darden-digital-transformation) is targeted to help you lead through disruptive times taking in account new emerging digital technologies. It will introduce the fundamental technology laws underpinning today’s business disruptions, and will lay down the economics behind those disruptions. Then it will go deeper into a smaller set of high-profile digital technologies to understand how they work, their specific dynamics, business impact, and related challenges.

Learning Objectives

• A course’s objective is to learn how businesses can pull together a Digital Transformation program and share a comprehensive framework to help you think through this process all the way from business strategy to organizational and technology implications
