The subject of research is the ‘Modern Technology, Ltd’, which is engaged in improving the system of services for the population. The purpose of the project will be achieved through consideration and application modern methods and tools of strategic management. Choosing the right tools and providing, as a result, reliable information about of the company and the factors that have a direct influence on the company’s performance, will lead not only to efficient changes in the policy of the organization, but they also will be a source of strategic inventions and innovations.
