The work is devoted to business planning and creation of broker companies, studying the exchange commodity market. The purpose of this work is to build a business plan to create a brokerage company on the commodity market of the National Commodity Exchange. The tasks of this work are: 1. Analysis of the market of goods in the Russian Federation; 2. Selection of a suitable exchange for work; 3. Search of target consumers of our services, calculation of all factors influencing the work of the company; 4. Calculation of all possible costs and their minimization; 5. Calculation of all financial indicators and search for ways to maximize net profit; 6. Calculation of NPV and IRR project; 7. Search for opportunities to promote the services of the created organization. The object of examination of the final qualifying work is the brokerage company being created on the commodity market. The subject of the study is the commodity market of the National Commodity Exchange, the market for consumers of brokerage services. Graduation qualification work consists of three components. Within the first chapter of the study, the purpose, functions, tasks and methodological principles of business planning are considered. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the macro and microenvironment of the brokerage company being created on the commodity market, the marketing and operational analysis, as well as the calculation of financial indicators for the company being created. The final chapter is a business plan for the brokerage company being created on the commodity market, using the methodology of KPMG, on its basis and according to its requirements.
