Today, the humanity is facing the evolutionary challenges of the XXI century. The world is becoming more and more uncertain, more and more complex. Modern children are at the risk due to the fact that it is unknown what professions and skills will be in demand in a few years. That is why we do not need to teach some knowledge, but rather should teach how to learn.

The best tool to help children is additional education, which develops not only knowledge, but also many skills and qualities.

Additional education for children is a platform for testing and preparing for the choice of life direction and professional career-life.

The government of the Russian Federation is implementing the various projects for the development of the additional education for children. The government allocates money for the purchase of equipment, preparation of programs, invitation and payment of teachers. Of course, with a good financial resource, the high-quality programs of additional education for children will be carried out.

However, the state budget is always limited. That is why the task in my research was to identify other measures of stimulating the development of quality programs of additional education of children and to understand is it possible the other measures of stimulating the development of additional education for children, except monetary.
