Company Transparency: Impact on the Market Value of the Company

This article represents research about transparency impact and its impact on market value. It includes literature review and state three hypotheses about transparency impact. Also it include project of neural network for companies to show that become transparent is good for them. In order to make this program with proof base we have to check some hypothesis and compare this program with regression. First is about positive influence of transparency. The second is about of different impact of transparency in different industries. And the last one is about how neural network can forecast effect of transparency on market value. Finally, in this article we cannot reject first two hypotheses. But the last on is rejected. So transparency has positive impact on market value and it’s differ with different industry, but neural network can’t provide any significant improve of forecast force in comparison with ordinary regression analysis. In conclusion, in this article shown that neural network can be use along with regression, but neural network is easier to control and use especially in very big sample and different conditions.
