Annotation:
This work presents the model of a new generation of language and the possibilities of their teaching and application for the intellectual analysis of scientific and technical texts. The paper proposes a SciBERT neural network teaching method and several reference samples to check its quality. Moreover, there is a demonstration of the capabilities of smart search.
