Annotation:
The effectiveness of the transition to the network structure of the industry is estimated under various characteristic parameters of the functioning of the high-tech industry market and the forms of distribution of market power between suppliers. A model for determining purchase prices for high-tech products is proposed. The dependence of the efficiency of industry restructuring on the risk of cartel collusion is determined. A method for evaluating the effectiveness of antimonopoly policy is proposed.
