Aleskerov with our faculty have visited Molde University College - Specialized University in Logistics from October 7 to October 15 for a joint work on the Norwegian-Russian academic collaboration project "Logistical and environmental management of natural resources development and transportation in the Arctic area (Arctic Logistics)"

DeCAn lab organized two events which were held from September 25 to September 28 - a school "Decision making in network context" (September 25-26, 2017) and an international workshop "The 7th Murat Sertel Workshop on Economic Design, Decision, Institutions, and Organization" (September 27-28, 2017). DeCAn faculty took part in organizing and holding these events.

Aleskerov with our faculty have visited The University of Tromsø - The Arctic University of Norway from September 10 to September 17 for a joint work with UiT on the project "High North Economics: Learning how economists work and think in Russia and Norway using theoretical models and laboratory experiments".

Professor Drazen: HSE Students Give Food for Meditation
From October 5 to 11, the Summer School of the International Laboratory of Decision Choice and Analysis was held at the Higher School of Economics, where Professor Allan Drazen (Department of Economics, University of Maryland, USA) served as the speaker. In a recent interview, he spoke not only about the importance of legislative politics in modern democracies but also about why he was struck by HSE students, why gut instincts are so important, and why theory is more important than practice.
