The HSE provides ICEF with facilities and administrative services, and organises students’ enrollment. College students are granted the same rights and privileges as those enrolled at the HSE, such as the use of the library and the right to defer military service. HSE officials also take part in the ICEF Academic Committee work.
LSE provides academic expertise and support for the ICEF. LSE teachers coordinate the development of ICEF’s curriculum and teaching methods, consult with students, offer intensive courses, and help to run the University of London external examinations.

In 2009, with the advent of the new Institutions Policy Framework, ICEF was given Affiliate centre status of the University of London International Programmes, for its commitment to academic achievement and its devotion to enhancing the student experience.
