The tuition fee of the International Bachelor's Programme in Economics and Finance is 1,170,000 RUB per year in the academic year 2026/2027.
Tuition fee partial scholarships
ICEF BSs programme offers a flexible system of tuition fee discounts (patrial scholarships) for prospective international students and BSc international students with high academic achievement. Upon admission, you can receive a discount of 10, 15 or 25% for the first year of study.
The size of a discount (partial scholarship) for freshmen is based on the entrance examination results or the results of various academic Olympiads.

Partial scholarships based on entrance examination
Scholarship based on entrance examination to be provided to all applicants. It is calculated with the weighted sum for two entrance exams: Mathematics and English language.
Weighted sum is calculated as the sum of
exam mark for Mathematics multiplied by 2,
exam mark for English multiplied by 1.
Partial scholarships are assigned as follows based on weighed sum of entry examination results: TBA
Partial scholarships are set for the first year of study.
