HSE and DOM.RF Sign a Student Housing Agreement
HSE University is renting a 27-storey block of a new apartment complex, Level Amurskaya, located in the Golyanovo District of Moscow. Only university students will be accommodated in the building, and they will have their choice of renting a single studio or a shared apartment. This agreement is another step towards HSE's transition to a service model for accommodating nonresident and foreign students as part of the University Development Program until 2030.
‘Proctoring Increases Risks for Those Who Want to Copy at Exams’

ICEF has launched an Endowment Fund
On January 13, 2020, an Endowment for ICEF Development was formed within the HSE Endowment Fund. This is the way to gain sustainability in the long-term perspective. The first donor of the ICEF endowment was UniCredit Bank.
ICEF relocation to campus at Pokrovsky Boulevard
This summer several HSE faculties are to change their locations. ICEF has returned to its former campus at 11 Pokrovsky Boulevard, which was completely re-built and refurbished.
