Oleg Bezumov and Olga Shikhantsova made it to the annual Forbes 30 Under 30 longlist in category Finance & Investment.

Olga Shikhantsova, 26

Olga earned her master's from ICEF in 2016.

She has worked for several Moscow-based venture capital funds including FinSight Venture and Binomial Ventures. The latter earned her a track record of three new deals – with wealth management platform Raisin (member of Germany’s MHB Bank since 2019), Foodfox delivery service (purchased by Yandex in 2017) and marketing technology provider Yieldify.

In October 2017, Olga moved to Berlin after receiving a job offer from Target Global. In March 2021, she joined Speedinvest as a Director with a focus on seed fintech.

Olga is passionate about playing tennis, sailing, and singing.

Oleg Bezumov, 30

Oleg currently holds the position of Senior Associate at Natural Resources IBD, Goldman Sachs (London).

He graduated with distinction from ICEF with a bachelor's degree. As a student, Oleg enjoyed playing football and became a champion of HSE team in mini football as the most prolific striker.

Oleg started his financial career in 2011 at RosAtom, where he covered M&A for a year before moving to London to study for his master’s at Imperial College London. In 2014, he joined Goldman Sachs and gained a track record of more than 30 corporate deals summing up to $93 bln over six years, which raised him to the post of an executive director.

Oleg welcomed the “deal of his life” in 2019 when he participated in Saudi Arabia’s government-owned oil company Saudi Aramco IPO. That IPO raised $25,6 bln (base stock value), valuing Aramco at $1.7 trillion. In January 2020, Aramco announced that its stock option of 450 million shares had been fully sold, raising the final IPO value by $3.8 billion, to $29.4 billion. Saudi Aramco has thus topped the list of the biggest IPOs ever. In 2021, Oleg rose to the position of executive director at Goldman Sachs, London.

Apart from football, Oleg enjoys skiing, playing tennis, swimming and composing electronic music. Before the pandemic he has travelled to 25 countries and is planning to continue to “explore the world once travel restrictions are lifted.”
