The Third Joint Seminar of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, HSE University, and the Federal University of Minas Gerais: Russia and Brazil in a Multipolar World
On 21 October, the third online seminar was held as part of the International Relations and Global Studies programme of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs (HSE University), organised in collaboration with the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). The discussion focused on Brazil’s foreign policy in an evolving multipolar world.
