Tuition fee for the HSE International Bachelor's Programme in World Politicsfor the 2022/2023 academic year:

The payment deadline for the first semester is until August 25th. For the second semester - until February 20.
You'll need your contract number in oreder to pay the fees (it will look like 999-2019-КМЭ). The number can be found on your copies of the agreements, additional agreements or previous payment notices.

Deferral of payment is granted only in case of payment for tuition by credit funds. Payment by installments is available only to students from poor or large families on the basis of a certificate of the composition / income of family members. Prepare applications for deferment / installment plan in advance; they are not accepted 10 days or less before the payment date.
There are several ways to pay for tuition:
1. Pay for tuition online (by credit card)
On the HSE payment page . In the full name block enter the full name of the student.
2. Pay at the bank by payment notice

- In the column “студ.” enter the student’s full name
- In the column “c/cч”: 02.09
- In the column «Дог. №.»: contract number
- In the column «За период»: 1 semester (1.2 module) 2021/2022 or 2 semester (3.4 module) 2021/2022
- In the columns from "Ф.И.О. плательщика" to "Адрес плательщика" - the data of the person who will pay for the education (student or customer under the contract).
- In the column "Сумма платежа" the sum per semester must be indicated.
Payment for education is recommended to be made in Sberbank branches (Moscow): in this case the bank commission is not charged.
3. Get an invoice for tuition (in case of payment by credit funds). It can be done in English.
