Requirements

The admission of international students is based on History (min. 60 points out of 100) and English language (min. 75 points out of 100) examinations, conducted by HSE.

Proficiency in English:
HSE International Bachelor's Programme in International Relations and Global Studies is led entirely in English. Therefore, a high level of proficiency in the language is needed.
