Applications Now Being Accepted for Bank Cards with HSE Design

In 2017, our students selected a unique HSE design for their VTB24 bank cards, which will be used to transfer state scholarships. You can now apply for your card re-issue and get your new card upon the arrival of the New Year.

In spring, HSE and VTB24 carried out a competition for the best HSE bank card design. The majority of our students voted for a ‘crow’ design, which was the brainchild of Stanislav Shevchenko, a first-year student from the HSE Art and Design School.

Students are now invited to fill in the form (in Russian) and obtain their HSE cards. The cards will be issued within a month. You can track the schedule for your card’s issue at the HSE Centre for Scholarships and Charitable Programmes website and on the Studlife group on VK.

Our programme managers will inform you when your card is issued via e-mail.
