HSE University hosted its first tour of Pokrovka for HSE alums

HSE University commenced the new academic year with a housewarming party marking the long-awaited opening of its new campus complex on Pokrovsky Boulevard. Rector Yaroslav Kuzminov, Academic Supervisor Evgeny Yasin, and vice rectors of the university took part in the event to welcome students, faculty, and staff.
Instead of moving to Pokrovka (as originally planned), the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs will receive an additional building at 29 Malaya Ordynka Street, and its current buildings, located at 17 Malaya Ordynka and 47/7 Bolshaya Ordynka, will be renovated.
On September 2, HSE’s newest and largest library will open its doors. Read on to learn about the concept behind its design, its collections, and its opening hours.
Students in the Faculty of Physics, one of the newest departments at HSE, will find a homey atmosphere, understanding teachers, and the opportunity to engage in science from the first year of studies.
