Architectures and Mechanisms for Language Processing (AMLaP) 2019

AMLaP (Architectures and Mechanisms of Language Processing) is an international conference which has established itself as the premier European venue for interdisciplinary research into how people process language. The conference aims to bring together psychological, computational, and theoretical perspectives on the cognitive architectures and mechanisms which underly any aspect of human language processing, from lexical processing, parsing and interpretation, through to discourse level mechanisms. Contributions to AMLaP which explicity relate empirical and experimental findings and computational mechanisms are especially encouraged.

AMLaP 2019 aims to bring together researchers using experimental, neuroimaging, computational, and theoretical perspectives on the cognitive architectures and neural mechanisms underlying language use and communication. We welcome theoretical and empirical reports on all aspects of word and sentence production and comprehension, discourse level mechanisms, bilingualism, and beyond.
