Open research seminar on Political Demography in RANEPA

On February 12, 2014 the open research seminar on the Political demography took place in RANEPA. The deputy director of Institute of Demography, the head of Research Group Sergei V. Zakharov, PhD student Elena Churilova, and MA student Alexey Raksha participated in the seminar.

On February 12, 2014 the open research seminar on the Political demography, leading by Jack Goldstoun, professor of University George Mason, the head of the International laboratory on Political demography and macrosociological dynamics  took place in RANEPA. The deputy director of Institute of Demography, the head of Research Group Sergei V. Zakharov, PhD student Elena Churilova, and  MA student Alexey Raksha participated in the seminar.
Elena Churilova presented the report about the Family forms dynamic from children's point of view, based on "Generations and gender" data in which on the example of two countries - Russia and France - were analised families conditions of children's socialization. Sergei V. Zakharov took part in discussion about the papers presented at the seminar.
