Small group communication
The purpose of the course is to study the primary verbal and non-verbal components of communication in small groups (such as working groups, project groups, family and other social groups) and to develop practical skills of effective small group communication, participation, and leadrship.
This course will cover the basic theories and research studies in small group communication, including team building process, small group problem solving and conflict management, effective facilitation of discussion, models of leadership, power dynamics, and so on.
