Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course is based on the students’ knowledge and skills that were obtained from such disciplines as Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis/Financial Analysis/Financial Modeling. The course consists of lectures (20 hours) and tutorials (32 hours). The tutorials involve task’s calculation, problems solving, case analysis and the individual assignment (project).

  • The aim of the course is to develop the competencies in taking strategic financial decisions: forecasting cash flows, capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, developing financial and analytic models, creating a new approach to financial management based on the integrated value-based management both for financial and nonfinancial companies.
