Abstract

mastering the discipline "Modern problems of law in the financial markets" is preparation of the master for solving the following professional tasks in accordance with the types professional activity: a) in law-making: -preparation of normative legal acts, concepts of laws; b) in law enforcement: - justification and adoption of legal decisions within the scope of duties, and also committing other actions related to the implementation of legal norms; - drafting legal documents; c) in law enforcement: - protection of private, state, municipal and other forms of ownership; protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities; d) in expert advisory activities: - preparation of opinions on draft normative legal acts and doctrinal interpretation of acts; - legal expertise of normative legal acts; e) in organizational and managerial activities: - preparation of legal analytical information for decision-making by authorities public administration and local government; - work with databases and information systems in the implementation of organizational and managerial functions; e) in research activities: - analysis and synthesis of research results in accordance with the requirements modern legal science; -participation in research in accordance with profile of professional activity; - teaching in high school, staff training

Expected Learning Outcomes

Know - regulatory documents in force in the field of financial markets, as well as decisions of courts, tribunals, arbitrations, national courts, modern national legislation governing legal relations in financial markets;
To be able to - use the knowledge gained in practice;
To have skills - work with regulatory legal acts, scientific literature and analytical materials.
