Course Syllabus

Abstract

As part of the discipline, international legal aspects of protecting fundamental human rights in the religious sphere, primarily the right to freedom of conscience and choice of religious beliefs, will be examined, and the sources of international law containing relevant legal norms will be studied. Those who study for a master's degree should also know the specifics of the proactive impact of violations in this area, as well as international experience in countering religious extremism, fanaticism and terrorism. The international community has also traditionally paid particular attention to the need to prevent religious discrimination. A special place in the framework of the course is given to the work of international religious organizations of the organization and their legal status.
