Abstract

The course aims at developing basic communicative competences in the chosen foreign language that include: communicative competence, language competence, socio-cultural competence, cognitive competence.

Learning Objectives

be able to translate thematic texts on Japanese culture, socio-economic problems and political features

Expected Learning Outcomes

Students can discuss interpersonal and intercultural exchange difficulties
Students can discuss issues of Asian influence on modern society
Students can discuss advantages and difficulties of travelling abroad
Students can write and read about 365 Japanese characters
Students can discuss problems and challenges of interpersonal relationships in modern times
