Course Syllabus
Abstract
Дисциплина "Проектный семинар" направлена на овладение студентами практических навыков по разработке и упаковке инновационных проектов (как в форме стартапа, так и в форме внутрикорпоративного стартапа), командной работе и командной защите проектов. В результате изучения, студент должен знать принципы командной работы над проектами, уметь использовать инструменты разработки, корректировки, упаковки и защиты проектов и интегрировать полученные теоретические навыки в едином групповом проекте, а также овладеть навыками командной работы и публичной защиты проекта.
Learning Objectives
- Aim of "Innovative Projects Workshop" subject mastery is develop students practical skills on innovation projects development and execution (as a startup or as an intrapreneurship project), team work and project presentation and defence.
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Student is able to apply ideation tools and describe relevant business model
- Student is able to apply those tools
- Student is able to choose field of innovation project
- Student is able to make financial model, calculate financial and investment efficiency and choose investment strategy
- Student is able to make presentation in different formats and timing and are able to prepare supporting slides
- Student is able to make various types of prototypes and MVPs
- Student is able to split roles and tasks inside the team
- Student knows about ideation tools and business model
- Student knows about innovations and open innovations
- Student knows principles of team formation and team work
- Student knows tools for situation analysis
- Student master those abilities
- Students are able to formulate hypothesis, conduct deep interview and analyse the result
