Course Syllabus
Abstract
The Course comprises lectures and seminars, individual and collective exercises. It is intended for Russian and foreign students keen to develop their understanding of international law in general and of peaceful dispute settlement, functioning of international courts and representation of States therein, in particular. The Course is designed for students of master programs. Knowledge of bachelor program in international law, appropriate level of oral and written legal English, as well as desire to further study international law are indispensable.
