Course Syllabus
Abstract
Specialization #1 Research Methods in finance Research workshop is designed to introduce the variety of the most relevant research models applied in corporate finance. On the basis of preselected articles the seminar leaders will discuss the studies on the drivers and impact of innovations and innovation’s policies on corporate performance, on financing innovations, on the efficiency of strategic deals with the focus on the deals of high tech companies and innovative firms, the economic profit drivers and value growth in different industries.

- Formation of students' skills of analysis and development of solutions to business problems in the new economic reality
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Own the methods of constructing applied research to solve project problems in the field of developing the company's financial policies
- To know the differences between the best practices in the field of growth strategies for the company's value in the new economic and geopolitical reality
- Have the skills to work with academic literature on the subject of the trajectory
