Course Syllabus

Abstract

Specialization #1 Research Methods in finance Research workshop is designed to introduce the variety of the most relevant research models applied in corporate finance. On the basis of preselected articles the seminar leaders will discuss the studies on the drivers and impact of innovations and innovation’s policies on corporate performance, on financing innovations, on the efficiency of strategic deals with the focus on the deals of high tech companies and innovative firms, the economic profit drivers and value growth in different industries.
