Course Syllabus
Abstract
The course focuses on selected topics, which are central to modern macroeconomics, like the short-run economic fluctuations, fiscal and monetary policies, macroeconomics of financial markets, open macroeconomics and long-run economic growth. The course consists of nine weeks. Six of them are devoted to the study of the main topics of macroeconomics. At the end of each week, students will be required to take a final quiz. The 7th week is devoted to the Final Quiz. The last two weeks are devoted to the completion of the final project.
