"Self-organization of local communities"

 

The purpose of the course - to give a knowledge of the forms and mechanisms of self-organization and how to implement it at the level of local social systems (local communities) in order to deepen the understanding of the local government as a special form of public authority providing for the participation of residents in matters of local importance.

The thematic structure of the course:

The natural basis of self-organization.

Natural factors of self-organizing of the behavioral systems.

Self-organization, solidarity and self-regulation.

The local community. Its territorial, social, economic and political structure.

The basic form of self-organization of the local society.

Self-organization of society at regional and local level.

The ratio of public administration institutions. Local self-government as a self-organizing of the local society.
