This study examines the impact of digitalization in enterprises on the formation and proliferation of non-standard employment. The research aims to identify the relationship between digitalization and the spread of non-standard employment in enterprises, as well as the proportion of employees, using remote work, fixed-term contracts, outstaffing, and part-time employment as examples. The study was conducted based on data from the Russian Federation for the period from 2020 to 2023. To achieve the stated objective, methods of data comparison and analysis were employed, along with econometric probit and tobit models. The results demonstrated that digitalization has a positive influence on the spread of non-standard employment, as well as on the growth in the proportion of employees with non-standard employment arrangements. The conclusions indicate the necessity of expanding the information base on types of non-standard employment and extending the recorded data for more in-depth analysis in the future.
