In the modern world, characterized by economic instability and rapid development of digital technologies, optimization of business processes is becoming a key condition for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. This work is devoted to the analysis and optimization of support business processes of PROMIS JSC, which occupies 16% of the pharmaceutical packaging market in Russia. The purpose of the study is to identify bottlenecks in the secondary processes of "Provision of the preparatory stage of production with basic materials" and "Provision of the production stage with basic semi-finished products" and to develop recommendations for their optimization. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: literature review, analysis of internal documents of PROMIS JSC, interviews with employees of the enterprise, observation, analysis of process KPIs and modeling of business processes in BPMN 2.0 notation. As a result of the analysis of support business processes, the following problems were identified: a long search for materials and semi-finished products, unreliable labeling, the lack of an automatic warehouse and buffer zone control system, and poor communication. Recommendations were proposed to solve them, including the development of a digital twin of the warehouse and buffers, the implementation of a Telegram-bot to optimize communications between process participants, and improved labeling. These recommendations contribute to increasing the operational efficiency and competitiveness of PROMIS JSC.
