Empirical study is realized by virtue of online inquiry and free-association interview in order to collect raw data, and by virtue of factor and cluster analysis in order to process raw data.On basis of theoretical and empirical studies an approach to Internet project management is developed. It is a complex set of success factors, success criteria and success scores. As a result, the most appropriate success criteria model is selected. By means of online inquiry success factors are revealed. On basis of all these data and interview data as well Internet project success scorecard system is consrtucted.The practical value of this paper is that the approach is a optimal way to predict project’s results during all stages of life cycle. Moreover, by virtue of this approach planning processes in the Internet project management can be approved.
