Integration of strategic and project management in a project-oriented organization

This work consists of three parts . In the first chapter of this work examines the theoretical position of strategic and project management in the organization , and were considered a number of strategic approaches to project management and describes the impact of the elements of strategic management on the effectiveness of project activities. The second chapter presents the results of the analysis of project-oriented organization : Commercial Bank OJSC "PSB" , in particular the analysis of the characteristics of systems and strategic project management and implemented approaches to integration. As part of the third chapter , presented practical application , developed in the first chapter of the algorithm to detect threats for companies (conducted practical analysis of the impact of strategic and project management ) , and formulate general recommendations for improving project management.
