Attorney as a representative in the commercial court

The research is aimed at examining doctrinal aspects and regulation of the legal status and activity of the attorneys as legal representatives in commercial courts, analyzing functions and role of the attorneys in a mechanism of realization of fundamental human right to qualified legal assistance, as well as summarizing findings from various Russian and foreign academic writings related to the problem.
