Improving the process of knowledge dissemination in project management at the industrial enterprise

The paper considers knowledge management as a functional area of project management, namely the dissemination of knowledge in project management at the industrial enterprise. Theoretical part of the research devoted to the analysis of fields of knowledge, which management falls within the framework of the theory of project management, the peculiarities of the management of knowledge in project environments, highlighted the priority of a process of diffusion of knowledge in terms of project management at the industrial enterprises. The practical part of the work is the analysis of project management and the process of knowledge dissemination in project management at industrial enterprise of the electrotechnical industry of LLC «Kamsky cable». The result of the paper is the creation of a system of indicators for estimation and correction of the process of knowledge dissemination in project management of the company.
