The paper deals with the interaction mechanisms between urban social moments and power in contemporary Russia. The research focuses on communication system between urban social moments and Moscow government represented by Ministry of Cultural Heritage. I have analyzed the repertoire of protest actions figure pout the communication model between Ministry of Cultural Heritage and urban social moments. The paper also shows the extent of mediatization of these communications.
