The purpose of this thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the municipal service in the context of local government reform.We can distinguish the following main tasks of this work:- definition of the concept "municipal service";- identification of the characteristic features of the municipal service;- designation of the principles of municipal service and their characteristics;- analysis of the conflict of interests on municipal service;- the coverage of the cadre problems of municipal services and ways of their solution.- consideration of development of the legislation of municipal service In my work I tried to examine in detail the above tasks
