Improvement of IT Projects Planning by Using the Effort Estimation Method

The work deals with the different aspects of IT projects estimation, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the methods and models used to estimate projects. The work suggests a method of estimating IT projects efforts on the basis of the mathematical tool of artificial neural networks, and provides recommendations for its implementation in organizations in order to improve the quality of planning IT projects.
